Please, read the following information carefully before ordering.

 

The products and services offered by florsana.es

All handmade products offered on the site www.florsana.es have been created and are produced by Flors Ana, florist's located in Carcaixent (Valencia). Florsana.es does not send compositions made by other florist's, designed or not by Flors Ana, to ensure the quality and consistency of its products. Please take this into account when assessing the time and terms of delivery.

 

Delivery of orders: General conditions

There will be no deliveries on Sundays nor on special holidays in the shipping destination locality and/or country. Exceptions are some local and regional deliveries (see below).

The orders will be delivered at the place designated by the client, along with a card with the text provided by him/her (if any), and therefore florsana.es does not assume any responsibility if delivery can not be made as a result of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the customer.

Deliveries in those hospitals, hotels, funeral homes, public agencies and other places where there are restrictions on access to the general public, will be held at the reception or similar. The same shall apply as long as hand delivery to the addressee is impossible.

Florsana.es does not guarantee on-time delivery of those orders for which delivery is requested in special festivities and of significant impact on the florist industry as the Mother's Day (always on Sunday), Valentine's Day, the Day of All Saints (national holiday), Christmas Day (national holiday), etc. In these cases, the delivery will be done as immediately as possible, being feasible the day before if the order is made well in advance, or the first working day after the original delivery date requested.

 

Delivery date in localities of peninsular Spain and Portugal

Local Delivery: This mode is only available for delivery in the following municipalities in the province of Valencia (Spain): Carcaixent, Alzira and La Pobla Llarga. In this case, florsana.es guarantees delivery within 12 hours provided the order is placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or on Saturday before 12:00 noon (Spanish mainland time) and the delivery day is not a national holiday or public holiday in Carcaixent.

Regional Delivery: This mode is only available for delivery in the following municipalities in the province of Valencia (Spain): Albalat de la Ribera, Alberic, L'Alcúdia, Alfarp, Algemesí, Alginet, Benicull, Benifairó de la Valldigna, Benifaió, Benimodo, Benimuslem, Carlet, Catadau, Corbera, Guadassuar, Llombai, Masalavés, Montserrat, Montortal, Montroy, Polinyā de Xuquer, Real, Sant Joanet, Simat de la Valldigna, and Tous. In this case, florsana.es guarantees delivery within 24 hours provided the order is placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday (Spanish mainland time) and the day of delivery is not a national holiday or public holiday in Carcaixent.

Provincial Delivery: This mode is only available for delivery in the province of Valencia (Spain). In this case, florsana.es guarantees delivery within 36 hours provided the order is placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or on Friday before 12:00 h noon (Spanish mainland time) and the day of delivery is not Monday, national holiday or public holiday in the place of destination of the shipment.

National Delivery: This mode is only available for deliveries in Spain and Portugal mainlands. In this case, florsana.es guarantees delivery within 48 hours provided the order is placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (peninsular Spain time) and the day of delivery is not Monday, national holiday or public holiday in the shipping destination town.

 

Delivery date at locations outside of mainland Spain and Portugal

Florsana.es only guarantees a specific delivery date when orders are contracted at least 72 hours prior to the requested date of delivery and the order is placed on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (peninsular Spain time). In all other cases, florsana.es will inform the customer about the options regarding delivery.

 

Delivery schedule

For all orders, regardless of their destination, florasana.es guarantees delivery during business hours of the date requested, but never at specific hours. The customer may request delivery in the morning or in the evening only for orders with local delivery or picked up by the customer in our store.

In case of special events (funerals, weddings, etc.) on weekdays, florsana.es will respect the schedules requested by the client, and if it is impossible to perform the delivery for any reason, the client will be reported immediately through the phone number or email address provided by him/her.

 

Prices

Prices shown below each product are in euros and include the packaging and taxes, but they do not include shipping.

The shipping charges for the different types of delivery are:

  • Pick up by the customer in our store: 0
  • Local delivery: 3.30
  • Regional delivery: 6.60
  • Provincial delivery: 8.90
  • National Delivery: 11.60
For delivery to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and outside Spain and Portugal, please contact with florasana.es:

Right of withdrawal

According to the new Spanish Law 3/2014, of 27 March, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (LGDCU) and other complementary laws, we inform you of the rights relating to withdrawal for online consumers. They apply to all contracts concluded as of June 13, 2014:

  • The customer is entitled to withdraw from his contract with florsana.es within 14 calendar days without need of justification. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day the customer or a third party indicated by him/her, other than the carrier, acquired the physical possession of the goods. Perishable goods such as flowers and natural plants, customized goods, and services already performed are excepted.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify florsana.es his/her decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement, for example, a letter sent by post or email. You can find the postal and email addresses of Flors Ana in the contact information section.
  • To comply the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by the customer of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.
